Up to four solid colours on both sides of the USB, where the model allows it. That covers the vast majority of brand marks at no extra cost.
Is the second side of printing always free?
On orders of more than 50 units, yes – both sides are included as standard. For orders of 50 units or fewer, the first side is free and there’s a small charge for the second side.
Can I have laser engraving instead of printing?
Absolutely. Laser engraving is a popular finish on our metal, leather and wooden USB ranges and gives a smart, premium look. Just let us know at quote stage.
What file format should I send my logo in?
We accept AI, EPS and PDF files – these give the cleanest print. We can sometimes work with a high-resolution JPEG depending on the complexity of the artwork. If you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll advise.
Will my brand colours match exactly?
We aim for the closest possible match to your artwork. If you have Pantone references for your brand colours, please include them with your logo files and we’ll work to those.
What if my logo has gradients or photographic detail?
We can produce gradient (offset) and full-colour photographic prints. There’s a small additional charge for these more complex methods, which we’ll confirm on your quote upfront.
Can each USB in my order have different artwork?
Yes – we can run multi-brand orders. Each new brand requires a new print, which adds a little to the per-unit cost; we’ll spell that out clearly on your quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 25 units. Beyond that, the more you order the better the per-unit price becomes – and we offer 20% off bulk orders of 200 or more units.
How long does printing take?
Standard turnaround is around 10 working days from logo approval. Bespoke moulded shapes take a little longer – typically around 18 days.
Do you offer a warranty on printed USBs?
Every Flash UK USB comes with a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults. The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse or accident.
