What happens if I need to load more than 1GB?
No problem – we can load larger volumes for a small additional charge. Let us know roughly how much data you need to load when you request your quote and we’ll price it up.
How do I send you the files I want loaded?
However suits you. We accept files by email, Dropbox link, posted CD or pre-loaded flash drive – whatever’s easiest at your end.
Can you stop my customers deleting the files?
Yes – we offer secure data locking. Recipients can open and use the files, but they can’t delete or overwrite them, so your content stays on the USB.
Can you set up the USB to launch a file automatically?
We can set up autorun-style solutions on the USB, so a presentation, PDF or website launches as soon as the stick is plugged in. Behaviour can vary by operating system, and we’ll talk you through the options.
Will my loaded USBs work on Mac and Windows?
Our flash drives are compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and later, Mac OS 9.x or later, and Linux Kernel 2.4 or later – so your files will be accessible on virtually any modern computer.
Can each USB in my order have different files?
Yes, we can split the order so different units carry different files – useful for things like personalised wedding galleries or per-region marketing packs. Please flag this at quote stage so we can plan production.
Does data loading add to my delivery time?
Loading is built into our standard production process, so it doesn’t usually add extra time. Most orders ship around 10 working days from logo approval; bespoke shapes take a little longer.
Is my data handled securely?
Yes. Your files are only used for the purpose of loading them onto your order, and we don’t pass your data to any third parties.
Can you transfer files from a CD onto the USBs?
Yes – if your content is on a CD, simply post it to us and we’ll transfer the contents to every USB in your order.
